Corporations, and Insurance Carriers have the ability to donate a portion or all of their annual AZ income tax or AZ insurance premium tax liability and receive a 100% dollar for dollar tax credit through Arizona's corporate tuition tax credit programs. (A.R.S. § 43-1184 or A.R.S. §20-224.07) (A.R.S. § 43-1183 or  A.R.S. § 20-224.06)

Commitment Form

​​How to Contribute in 3 easy steps

1) Identify your tax liability and determine how much you would like to donate. You can donate the entire corporate income/insurance premium tax liability *Up to the annual aggregate limit.

2) Complete your commitment form (see button above) ​& submit to AOA today. *Donations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the annual tax credit limit is reached.

3) 
AOA will file your request with the Department of Revenue (DOR) seeking approval for your donation amount. AZ DOR will approve/deny your request within 20 days. Once your donation amount is approved, donations must be received by Academic Opportunity of Arizona within 20 days.
