Rochelle de Leon
Coming from a background in Digital Marketing, Rochelle has spent many hours growing and expanding businesses but has found herself constantly searching a career path that actually MATTERS. Since joining AOA, she’s had the pleasure of working with amazing schools, parents, and students to take our core mission to the next level and to provide opportunities and expand our reach to underserved communities across Arizona.
Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, Rochelle brings with her the “Aloha Spirit” wherever she goes, never failing to turn a quick interaction into a warm getting-to-know-you conversation. She discovered her love for all-things backend logistics (because someone’s gotta do it!) through studying Business Administration at University of Hawaii at West Oahu and developed her heart for serving young children through years of volunteer work with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across Hawaii. Rochelle also has a deep love for travelling and experiencing different cultures through people and food. A few of her most recent travels brought her to the Berber villages of Morocco and the glaciers of Iceland.
Now living in Phoenix to pursue yet another passion (real estate investing), her free time includes lounging by the lake, cooking Filipino food, and relishing each quiet moment to herself.
